Today's Flowers #4

I photographed these flowers in my grandmother's garden. She is a phenomenal gardener and you will find her garden in full bloom even in the dead of winter. Since we are celebrating Spring Day today, it seemed like a good idea to post a selection of shapes and colours. Ironically, we had a spell of really fantastic weather for the past two weeks and suddenly today, on Spring Day, we experienced strong winds and a very unpleasant chill! Lets hope the weatherman is right and that it will start to warm up again as from tomorrow...

Fan bloody tastic. The colours are simply divine. Reminds me that I need to remind Nick to get me some flowers again as a surprise romantic gesture.
